As Sales Manager for the DACH Region, you will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. You will represent the company in the region, ensuring sustainable revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account management. Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets. Identify, develop, and manage key customer accounts within the food and beverage sector. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, customer service, categories, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer solutions. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements aligned with company objectives. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to management. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the food ingredients industry (beverages, confectionery, dairy). Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Fluent in German and English. Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities. Passionate about business development and revenue growth. Strong understanding of market dynamics within the food industry. Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels. Proven experience in consultative selling. Results-oriented, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to align short-term actions with long-term objectives. People person with strong listening skills and relationship-building capabilities. Flexible, enthusiastic, and commercially minded, with a genuine curiosity and hunger for learning.
