Oak Hills maintains a full membership of approximately 400 golfing members and 325 social members, with nearly 28,000 rounds played annually.
The golf course features bentgrass greens, tees, and fairways, a Toro Lynx irrigation system, and a modern, well-maintained equipment fleet.
Position Summary Oak Hills Country Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. This hands-on leadership position reports directly to the Director of Agronomy and the Golf Course Superintendent and offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a team-oriented environment that values both excellent conditions and work-life balance.
This position is open as the previous Assistant successfully advanced into a Golf Course Superintendent role. There is good opportunity for future advancement within Oak Hills for the right candidate.

Employee supervision, training, and scheduling
Chemical and fertilizer applications
Irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and repair
Daily course setup and quality control
Hand watering and moisture management
