Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Marketing Specialists, setting priorities, assigning initiatives, and ensuring high-quality execution across campaigns, MDF programs, enablement, and events.

Define and implement partner marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives across reseller, MSP, and distribution channels.

Manage Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems such as Impartner to streamline partner engagement and communication.

Create scalable partner plays, enablement frameworks, co-marketing playbooks, and repeatable campaigns to foster partner adoption and success.

Oversee MDF and incentive budgets, including forecasting, allocation, approval processes, and ROI analysis to maximize investment effectiveness.

Continuously optimize MDF and incentive spending based on partner performance metrics and ROI outcomes.

Develop clear messaging around partner program benefits and go-to-market opportunities, ensuring consistent communication across all channels and collateral.

Manage partner communications, including program updates, launches, and demand generation initiatives to enhance partner engagement.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in partner marketing, channel programs, or technology marketing

Proven expertise in managing channel incentives, MDF, and partner enablement programs

Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI measurement for channel incentives

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite

Experience managing teams and multiple partner programs simultaneously
