We are expanding and selectively recruiting an experienced real estate agent to join Team Coyle at Compass, a high-performing, listing-driven luxury team serving Wellesley and surrounding MetroWest communities. This opportunity is best suited for agents who already know the business, value professionalism, and want to elevate their production within a collaborative, well-supported environment. This role is for you if you: Have 2+ years of active real estate experience Have closed 3+ transactions annually or $4M+ in volume Are serious about growing your business—not starting from scratch Value structure, accountability, and high standards Want to focus on clients while leveraging a strong team platform What You’ll Do
Represent buyers and sellers with a high level of professionalism Convert and manage both personal and team-generated opportunities Participate in pricing, negotiation, and strategy discussions Maintain CRM discipline and client follow-up standards Align with team branding, systems, and service expectations What We Provide
