About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Leasing Specialist to join our team at Reserve at Lake Irene Luxury Apartments in Casselberry. The Leasing Specialist reports directly to the Property Manager and is expected to make teamwork and customer service their top priority. Join us as we celebrate 11 years of rewarding hard work!

SALARY:

$17.00 to $24.00 per hour PLUS bonus/commissions (as applicable)

LOCATION:

Reserve at Lake Irene, 1450 Sunshadow Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707

SCHEDULE:

Full Time, flexible schedule with some weekends required. Community Leasing Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 4pm, Closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

Have complete knowledge of the apartment community and competition in the area

Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs, and follow-up

Greet customers and tour the apartment community while listening to and focusing on customer preferences

Demonstrate amenities, apartment homes, pricing, and close leases

Process incoming lease applications, run credit verifications, track all prospective tenants, and follow up on all leads

Maintain an acceptable closing ratio as directed by the Property Manager

Prepare lease documentation and conduct lease signings

Coordinate all move-ins, move-outs, transfers and lease renewals to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention

Minimize vacancy loss by securing leases within 5 business days of move-out

Generate prospect traffic through marketing efforts: community outreach, resident referrals, and property tours

Shop the competition and assist with preparation of leasing reports and sales and marketing plans

Assist Property Manager in achieving net operating income and occupancy goals

Act in accordance with all fair housing laws

A Successful Candidate Should Possess

Excellent communication skills

Great attention to detail

Desire to work as a team with ability to work independently on occasion

Experience with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Tenant Turner, Knock, Property Meld, etc)

Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Email, Gmail/Google Workspace, and social media as it pertains to marketing of the community

High school diploma (some college preferred)

Experience within the real estate industry and/or customer service or sales background

Excellent customer service and work ethic, a positive and energetic attitude, and passion for working with people!

Additional Notes

Real estate license is a nice to have

Reliable transportation required

This is a commission-based sales/marketing opportunity - weekends are required (flex time provided)

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
