Position overview: We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and mindset. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, you will work with tenants, landlords, investors, and developers to successfully complete transactions.This role offers flexibility to shape your career, while benefiting from mentorship and a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of properties
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research and analyze trends
Prepare and present proposals, financial analyses, and marketing materials
Collaborate with team members to identify new business opportunities
Negotiate lease and sale transactions to achieve client objectives
Consult with Key Senior management on portfolio strategies
Qualifications:
Licensed real estate broker (or ability to obtain license)
Strong interest in commercial real estate (experience is preferred, but not required)
Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and collaboratively with our team
Strong attention to detail with a results driven approach
