Seeking a dedicated and personable

Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM)

to join a close-knit team. This role has become available due to the upcoming retirement of a valued team member, and we are looking for a professional who can seamlessly transition into the position. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team while independently managing all servicing responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment and values building strong client relationships. Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually (negotiable based on experience). Potential to earn up to $100,000 for the right candidate. Comprehensive benefits package: 100% employer-paid benefits. Profit-sharing opportunities (no match required). Flexible work arrangements: Start fully onsite for the first quarter or two, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule (2-3 days remote). Open to hybrid from the start for the ideal candidate. No travel required. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of servicing personal lines accounts, including quoting, issuing new business, processing renewals, and maintaining client relationships. Handle a diverse book of business, including standard accounts such as home, auto, umbrella, and collectibles. Work with a variety of carriers, including Chubb, Cincinnati, Travelers, Progressive, NatGen, Collective Insurance, Berkley One, and AIG. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, primarily through phone calls and referrals. Utilize agency management software (experience with Vertafore AMS or similar systems is a plus, but training will be provided if needed). Qualifications/Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Proven experience in personal lines account management or a similar role. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with carriers such as Chubb, Cincinnati, Travelers, and others is a plus. Experience with agency management software (e.g., Vertafore AMS, EPIC, or similar) is preferred but not required. Personable, professional, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a small, tight-knit team.
