Key Responsibilities

Champion Jeep’s future product vision and advocate for innovative solutions that align with brand objectives

Define product strategy, lifecycle plans, and feature content based on customer needs and competitive analysis

Develop commercial strategy for the nameplate, including sales targets, mix optimization, and pricing to maximize profitability and competitiveness

Directly manage the product grid, ensuring alignment of features, trims, and configurations with brand strategy and market requirements

Drive timely decision‑making and execution to meet aggressive program milestones and market launch timelines

Lead cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, Procurement) to align technical execution with business objectives

Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and profitability

Prepare governance materials for executive reviews and ensure program KPIs are achieved

Support production and market launch activities, ensuring product correctness for external communications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Planning, Brand Management, Product Strategy, Engineering, or related fields

Automotive product knowledge

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)

Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization with urgency and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree (MBA or related)

Passion for the Jeep brand

Experience converting customer insights into product concepts and delivering concise proposals
