Overview Title: Digital Merchandising Associate

— Office Location: Cleveland, OH (with option for hybrid or remote)

Position Overview: We are looking for a

Digital Merchandising Associate

to drive best-in-class eCommerce and web experiences to keep our loyal watch enthusiasts engaged on our site and up to date in our evolving product landscape. The ideal candidate appreciates watch collecting as well as the luxury retail space. This person understands product features and can convey value across the products for our clients shopping the website. This role will focus on customer-facing information and written communications to drive sales growth and accurate explanation of products. The role will also coordinate with communications and marketing initiatives such as but not limited to website marketing, site engagement tests and supporting our email as well as social marketing programs.

This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to work Monday-Friday from 9-5 EST. This role is based out of Cleveland, OH but we will consider a remote position with the right candidate.

Skills & Requirements

A highschool diploma or equivalent is required; secondary education is preferred

1-3 years of professional work experience; luxury industry or merchandising is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e. presentations, support meetings, etc.)

Detail oriented

Cross departmental collaboration

Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at the same time

Time management and organization (i.e. set reminders, deadlines and follow-through projects, etc.)

Responsibilities

Research and analyze various websites or product catalogs and gather details

Create SKUs and PDP pages based on press releases, vendor websites and checklists

Upload new products to Shopify; maintain and update product launch and promotional calendar; maintain and update inventory files that support buying decisions

Work with vendors to keep system feeds accurate

Competitive reviews of pricing; merchandising skills that support creating collections, tags and filters digitally

Ability to manipulate structured data and create bulk or import files; onsite marketing (homepage updates, boutique page updates, blogs, email, etc)

Systems Knowledge

Strong Google applications knowledge (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc)

Monday.com or other project management software experience

Shopify or other eCommerce platform experience

Klaviyo or other ESP platform experience

HTML or basic website building experiences

Photoshop or other editing software experiences
