We are seeking a
Media & Digital Content Specialist
to manage our digital presence across video, social media, and our company website. This role will be responsible for creating compelling content, maintaining our website, and helping tell the 1st Products story through real-world field experiences. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation Plan, shoot, and edit video content for: Social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Website and product pages Dealer and sales support Capture field footage of equipment in action (travel required) Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand messaging Manage content calendar and posting schedule Edit long-form and short-form videos Assist with photography for marketing materials Help manage social media engagement and messaging Collaborate with sales and product teams on launches and promotions Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Website Management
Maintain and update 1st Products website Add and edit product pages Upload videos, photos, and blogs Manage basic SEO (page titles, descriptions, keywords) Ensure website content is current and accurate Coordinate with web developers when needed Required Qualifications
Proven experience in: Video filming & editing Social media content creation Proficiency with: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software WordPress, Shopify, or similar Basic understanding of SEO Website analytics Organized and self motivated Strong storytelling skills Comfortable on camera (preferred, not required) Ability to travel and work outdoors Passion for hunting, farming, or outdoor lifestyle preferred Preferred Skills
Drone operation & footage editing Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Google Analytics Email Marketing Understanding of social media analytics Experience working with brand partners or influencers
