The successful candidate will be located in one of the following locations: Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX; or Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business outcomes within the financial envelope for T-Mobile for Business. Lead in-quarter and future-quarter planning, identify key product opportunities in the SMB segment, and ensure business growth plans are met. Lead special ad hoc analyses such as channel performance and recommend proposals to address competitive pressures while aligning offer strategy with sales and marketing stakeholders. Lead special analyses for new opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership. Demonstrate competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial acumen, change & innovation, relationship building & influencing, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional leadership. Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership to tell a customer-centric story.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, MBA, Business/Administration, Engineering, Science, Communications, Education, Management, Technical (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred) 4-7 years of Marketing experience in software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong presentations and communications skills (presentation, written and verbal) (Required) Go-to-market strategy experience in defining and implementing go-to-market plans.

At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $84,200 - $151,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
