The successful candidate will be located in either of the following locations: Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS, Washington area. Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business outcomes within the financial envelope for T-Mobile for Business. Lead in-quarter planning, future-quarter planning, and identify key product opportunities in the SMB segment to ensure business growth plans are met. Lead special ad hoc analyses such as channel performance and propose actions to address competitive pressures while aligning offer strategy with sales and marketing stakeholders. Lead analyses for new opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership. Demonstrate competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial acumen, change and innovation, relationship building and influencing, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional leadership. Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership that tell a customer-centric story. Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, MBA, Business/Administration, Engineering, Science, Communications, Education, Management, Technical (Required) Master’s/Advanced Degree (Preferred) 4-7 years of Marketing experience in software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Presentations: Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods (Required) Go-to-market: Experience in defining and implementing go-to-market strategies. #LI-Corporate At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel and Regulated Status

Base Pay Range: $84,200 - $151,900 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for bonuses or incentives based on role.
