As a Senior Partner, you will manage key businesses within one of our largest suppliers. Your consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers through bespoke retail media solutions. In this role, you will: Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross‑functional teams to drive client success. Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives. Conduct forward‑thinking, data‑driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high‑impact opportunities to customers. Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations. Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams and agencies. Who you are

A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent professional industry experience. Quota‑carrying digital sales experience. Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational and presentation skills. A strong ability to propose creative technologies across a diverse decision‑making landscape and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes. A strong track record of high‑level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management. Experience in a fast‑paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment. Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO‑level meetings. A passion for driving business results for companies. Join us

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area, or Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area, or 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, or customer acquisition, or 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales, or 5 years’ experience managing client accounts, or 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C‑suite clients.
