Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits
practice. You will be joining a high-energy, collaborative team that sits at the heart of major global transactions. This firm is specifically known for its supportive mentorship culture, offering a genuine bridge for an associate to move from "executing tasks" to "leading client relationships." The Strategic Focus
Leveraging your technical expertise, you will work on the sophisticated intersection of Tax, ERISA, and M&A, specifically focusing on: Transactional Excellence:
Designing and negotiating compensation arrangements within high-stakes Mergers & Acquisitions. Executive Retention:
Crafting complex equity incentive plans and executive employment agreements for C-suite leadership. Advisory:
Providing high-level counsel on retirement, welfare plans, and 409A/280G compliance within a global corporate framework. Your Profile
Experience:
Minimum of 1+ years of direct experience within an AmLaw 100 or equivalent high-end boutique environment. The "HR/Business" Lens:
You possess strong business judgment and understand that "Exec Comp" is as much about people and retention strategy as it is about the legal code. Technical Rigor:
Exceptional drafting skills in fast-paced deal environments. Collaborative Mindset:
