The

HR Support Specialist (Contract)

serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to W-2 access, payroll documentation, and basic system assistance. This position requires excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of requests in a dynamic HR operations setting. Responsibilities

Assist employees with accessing W-2 forms by providing step-by-step guidance within ADP. Reset ADP passwords to restore employee account access when needed. Retrieve and share payslips from Workday in response to employee requests. Handle incoming phone calls regarding W-2s, payroll records, and related inquiries. Accurately log employee interactions and document all support actions taken. Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to HR Operations leadership as appropriate.
