The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping how our platform is positioned, understood, and adopted across global financial markets. This person will translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging; build go-to-market strategies for new products and features; and create high-impact content that supports sales, client success, and brand growth. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing, the role ensures our solutions resonate with the needs of target personas. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who can simplify complexity, drive commercial outcomes, and help define the next era of TS Imagine’s market presence.
What you’ll do
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Build and own GTM plans for product launches and feature releases across the TS Imagine platform.
- Define target persona needs and buying triggers.
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Maintain differentiated product positioning for all TS Imagine solutions.
- Translate technical capabilities into value-driven messaging that resonates with buyers.
- Conduct competitive and market landscape analyses to support roadmap and GTM strategy.
Content & Storytelling
- Develop and cascade industry-specific product narratives through pitch decks, one-pagers, demo videos, product focused web copy, and more.
Sales Enablement
- Build battlecards, persona frameworks, demo scripts, objection handling, and product playbooks.
- Lead training sessions to ensure new features and modules are clearly understood and effectively sold.
- Serve as a day-to-day partner to Sales—anticipating needs and reinforcing value messaging.
Market & Customer Insights
- Run win/loss analysis and incorporate findings into positioning and GTM.
- Source use cases, case studies, and customer references.
- Stay on top of trends across target markets.
You should have
- 8 years of Product Marketing, Product Management, or GTM experience in fintech, SaaS, capital markets, or wealth tech.
- Familiarity with financial-services workflows—front-, middle-, or back-office.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, simple messaging.
- Experience supporting global sales organizations and building enablement assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- This position is not remote — candidates must be based in Montréal or the surrounding area
