The SailPoint Contracts team is responsible for structuring and negotiating enterprise agreements between SailPoint and its customers.
They are a core partner to the Sales teams in achieving sales targets and accelerating revenue, but always in a manner consistent with our corporate risk tolerance.As a Contracts Manager, you will help drive our sales contracting and, deal processes and legal systems.
As you grow in the role, you will take a more direct role in negotiating and closing deals. The right candidate for the job is hyper-organized, intellectually curious, and driven to see things through to completion.
You are an experienced enterprise technology contract negotiator with a strong sales mindset, with a drive to close deals that make good sense. You must have exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks for a variety of competing stakeholders.
If you’re passionate about outsmarting cybercriminals and working at a company where you can truly have an impact, come join us having fun doing hard things with good people.**Responsibilities:*** Responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial software licensing and SaaS (Software as a Service)* Supporting company’s end-user and major account contract activities including order form generation and contract amendments* Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales teams on accelerating the revenue through thoughtful negotiation with customers* Contract management of assigned accounts* Contract compliance and revenue recognition guidance* Identify and propose strategies to solve problems affecting the Contracts team and get buy-in on solutions.**Requirements:*** Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish**3-5 years’ experience with the following:*** Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS (Software as a Service), and software license agreement terms, consulting services agreements and reseller agreements.* Formalizing enterprise business terms.* Negotiating directly with customers / end users, data privacy laws, and data security requirements, including GDPR.* Qualified candidate must be an experienced, independent worker who can work in a fast paced environment, prioritize and manage expectations for numerous competing matters, and work with senior management internally and with the customers’ senior management, contracting and procurement teams.* A minimum of five 5 years’ experience in a similar position supporting a sales organization and a proven track record in solving complex problems related to contract negotiations, contract management and account administration.* A law school degree and/or related training in contracts drafting and negotiation desired.* CIPP certification is a plus.* Experience with government contracting also desired.SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome all qualified candidates to apply to join our team.
