Job Description

Construction Public Assistant Superintendent - Manhattan, NY

• Support the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations on active public-sector construction sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor manpower, track progress, and assist with maintaining the project schedule.
• Enforce safety standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines and public agency requirements.
• Assist with site logistics, inspections, material deliveries, and documentation.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate project updates to the field and project management teams.
• Support quality control, punch list activities, and adherence to contract specifications.
