Overview Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. Primary responsibilities include ensuring that the community generates satisfactory cash flow and that the property is maintained by Avita standards and assures customer satisfaction.

Role Description The Assistant Property Manager (Job Code: FTX-134A) is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include assisting with daily property management operations, tenant relations, rent collection, financial transactions, and compliance with property regulations. The role also includes providing support for leasing, maintenance oversight, and generating property reports. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the property manager to ensure efficient operations and maintain high tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

Ability to handle tenant relations professionally, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in rent collection, financial reporting, and compliance with property management regulations and practices.

Experience in leasing and marketing, including handling property tours and tenant inquiries.

Strong organizational skills to assist with maintenance coordination, property inspections, and administrative tasks.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address tenant and property-related concerns effectively.

Knowledge of property management software and tools is a plus.

A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
