We’re seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our Corporate Tax Solutions team. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee client engagements, deliver innovative tax planning and compliance strategies, and guide ASC 740 income tax provision projects. You’ll manage teams, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships while driving growth through business development initiatives. What you’ll do
Lead multiple client service teams across industries Provide corporate tax planning, compliance, and ASC 740 expertise Review complex tax returns and provisions for accuracy and savings opportunities Mentor and develop staff while managing engagement fundamentals Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships What we’re looking for
CPA or JD/active law license required 5–7 years of progressive tax compliance/consulting experience Strong ASC 740 and corporate income tax background Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills Experience in public accounting preferred This role is a key pathway to Partner or Managing Director, offering the tools, training, and support to help you excel.
