Miami, FL (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

NeuralSeek builds a no-code platform for deploying AI agents in real enterprise environments. Our customers operate in regulated and complex settings where accuracy, governance, and reliability matter. We focus on production-grade AI, not hype.

We are hiring our

first dedicated marketing hire

to help establish our voice, presence, and execution as we scale.

The Role

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on execution, not theory. You will work directly with the founders to turn real product capabilities, customer conversations, and use cases into clear, effective marketing.

You do not need a technical background. You

do

need to be able to understand complex ideas and communicate them simply.

This is an in-person role based in Miami.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain core marketing assets (website copy, decks, one-pagers, case studies)

Translate product capabilities and customer use cases into clear messaging

Support go-to-market launches, announcements, and campaigns

Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, events, and partner channels

Work closely with sales and partnerships to support pipeline and positioning

Collect feedback from customers and prospects to refine messaging

Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or brand roles

Strong writing and editing skills

Able to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity

Based in Miami and available for in-person work

Interest in enterprise software, startups, or AI platforms

No buzzwords. No “growth hacking.” Just clear thinking and strong execution.

Compensation

Base salary: ~$50,000

Performance-based bonus tied to clearly defined outcomes
