The Technical Development Team

supports employees and stakeholders in becoming technically advanced and agile, driving professional success and organizational growth. The team uses a hybrid approach to meet diverse learning needs in partnership with leadership, leveraging learning and development best practices. This role manages project intake, assessment, design, development, and maintenance of training deliverables. It requires strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work with Subject Matter Experts, trainers, and the LMS Administrator. This position may also provide backup LMS administration, facilitate training, or assist with simulations as needed. Responsibilities

Analyze learner needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop standard learning solutions Conduct needs analysis interviews and define detailed learning objectives based on business drivers and performance goals Design and develop instructional content including text, graphics, animations, simulations, and documentation Edit and unify written documentation and instructional materials for consistency Plan, research, write and edit guides, tutorials, storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator directions, and blended/e-learning content Coordinate instructional design projects using ADDIE and learning best practices to ensure effective learning experiences Communicate clearly with diverse audiences and coordinate across the organization to meet deadlines Provide excellent customer experience to internal and external clients Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design Technology or related field (required) Certification or strong proficiency in Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite (required) Proven project management experience and portfolio of outputs Experience creating simulations and working with simulators (strongly preferred) Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferred) 4+ years of relevant experience Technical Skills

Ability to develop and communicate project plans Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and draw valid conclusions Virtual conferencing platforms (Webex, Teams, Zoom) Instructional design software (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
