What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials including articles, white papers, emails, case studies, and social media posts

Engage with stakeholders to gather business objectives and translate them into marketing recommendations

Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels

Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales efforts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and track campaign performance

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance or property and casualty

Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns

Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience or familiarity with marketing roles in business insurance/property casualty
