What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials, including articles, white papers, emails, and presentations
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating inputs into clear marketing recommendations
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns in coordination with functional marketing teams
Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales efforts
Track campaign KPIs, compile performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance/property and casualty
Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Clear verbal and written communication skills, capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
