What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Draft and edit various client- and sales-facing materials, including articles, emails, and presentations

Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders and translate inputs into marketing recommendations

Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers for the sales team

Track campaign KPIs, compile performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on insights

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance/property and casualty

Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively

Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordination with stakeholders

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
