Brands sales strategy in the US/liliResponsible for accelerating sales through contract negotiations with key global, national and local stakeholders./liliDevelop, implement, and manage sales promotional programs for YUM! Brands./liliDevelop and manage budget to maximize profitability./liliDevelop and lead Franchisee EBR sessions./liliEnsure the effective coordination of accounts and service excellence through field sales personnel/liliPromoting total Ecolab services to YUM! Brands/liliPursue highly visible, progressive, profitable market leading accounts which are strategic to Ecolabs future./liliKeep abreast of trends across QSR industry./liliLead high, wide and deep relationships development efforts within YUM! Brands/li/ulpPosition Details:/pulliLocation: Texas is the ideal location for this position. Open to candidates who lives on the west coast as well./liliValid drivers license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record/liliTravel required: approximately 50%/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree/liliMinimum of five years of consultative sales experience and sales management experience/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExcellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives/liliIndustry related experience and strong knowledge of the QSR industry/liliMasters degree in business administration/liliExcellent financial (PL) acumen/li/ulpAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range/ppThe total Compensation range for this position is $128,600-$193,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.
