join a growing community Eden Park Apartments is adding to our on-site leasing team due to continued growth at our 324-unit apartment community. If you're customer-focused, motivated, and ready to build a long-term career in property management, this is your opportunity to get in with a stable, expanding company. Interviews are happening now and this position will be filled quickly. What you'll be doing: Lease apartments and confidently tour prospective residents Deliver standout customer service from first contact to move-in Process applications, leases, and documentation accurately Assist with marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy Build positive relationships with residents and prospects Support the on-site team with daily leasing operations What we're looking for: Leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Willing to complete required online training (paid) No prior leasing experience? We provide training for the right candidate.
