
Collections Specialist
LHH is assisting a client with their need for a Collections Specialist in South Charlotte. This is a direct hire, hybrid position! Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment from customers. Contact clients regarding overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies. Process incoming payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Prepare and distribute regular aging reports to management. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams. Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation activities. Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
