
Hands-On LIHTC Property Manager for a small community in Denver!
What You’ll Do as a
LIHTC Property Manager Serve as the on-site point of contact for residents and applicants Conduct property tours and clearly explain the application process Process applications, certifications, recertifications, and income verifications in accordance with LIHTC guidelines Maintain accurate resident files, lease documentation, and compliance records Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, move-ins, and move-outs Collect rent, track delinquencies, and assist with reporting as needed Communicate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders Address resident questions and concerns professionally and consistently Ensure ongoing compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and local requirements What We’re Looking For in a
LIHTC Property Manager Assistant Manager level or higher experience in affordable housing required Working knowledge of LIHTC compliance and Fair Housing regulations Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite, or similar) Why This Role Works Smaller community with manageable scope and clear expectations Stable, long-term opportunity in affordable housing Competitive pay and training support A professional environment where doing the job well matters Please note that Compensation and Benefits are set by our clients and REP cannot be held responsible for any changes in benefits or final compensation offered for a position.
