Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Developer’s Assistant, located in Boca Raton, FL. The Assistant will support the development team by managing schedules, coordinating project timelines, communicating with contractors and stakeholders, and conducting market research. Additionally, the role involves supporting administrative tasks, preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and addressing inquiries.
Qualifications
Administrative skills, including organizational abilities, communication, and time management
Experience with project coordination, scheduling, and working collaboratively with contractors and stakeholders
Proficiency in real estate market research and data analysis
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of real estate development processes and industry expertise is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
