Analyze customer orderbooks, identify actions to improve deliveries/service, coordinate the implementation of levers to improve performance while communicating status in a clear and accurate manner.
Ensure the accurate integration of customer orders into company systems while verifying order and master data accuracy and proactively addressing issues with cross functional stakeholders.
For assigned scope, ensure accurate order integration and cleanliness of the NAMWHS orderbooks, from initial order intake through shipment.
Key Responsibilities
Within assigned business scope, develop and implement account specific set-up, services, and processes in line with customer needs, as well as WHS strategic priorities and policies.
To ensure the order profiles are maintained in compliance with all WHS account requirements, relevant adidas policies, and to support regular monitoring.
To be accountable for the full cleanliness of the aged, prior, and too late to cover orderbook in order to reflect accurate demand signals for accounts in scope.
To interact with Supply Chain, GBS and Techt teams to enable the continual flow of delivery notes through diligent order management processes, in order to achieve monthly financial targets.
To support the compliance of terms with our Trade Terms and policies with customers in scope.
To ensure proper administration, documentation, and financial reconciliation of the customer base.
As needed, manually enter booking, reorder & clearance orders according to company policies.
Support any changes in global Policies, ERP Systems and Processes within NAMWHS Order Integration and Management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in systems expertise, specifically related to ERP systems such as SAP AFS and analysis tools (PowerBI, Excel, Tableau)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
2 years or more related experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role involving direct interaction with external or internal customers
