What You’ll Be Doing
Guide clients through our monthly Elements Wellness Program using a proven, feel-good sales process
Create genuine connections with new and returning clients by listening first and serving thoughtfully
Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service
Turn questions or concerns into moments of trust and outstanding care
Assist with scheduling, payments, and daily studio operations using easy-to-learn systems
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who enjoys talking — but truly loves listening
Retail sales experience preferred, especially with memberships or service-based sales
Customer service experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus
Comfortable using computers and modern scheduling/payment tools
Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to stay productive during slower moments
Passionate about wellness, teamwork, and creating beautiful client experiences
