
Account Executive – Infusion Therapy Services
Location : Frisco Territory
Compensation : $100,000–$140,000 base salary (negotiable) + uncapped commission

About The Role Our client is a growing provider of infusion therapy services and is seeking an experienced
Account Executive
to expand referral relationships across the Greater DFW market. This role focuses on developing new business with specialty physician practices and strengthening long-term partnerships within the infusion therapy ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven healthcare sales professional with experience selling into specialty clinics and a strong understanding of infusion-based therapies.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within specialty clinics, including GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice administrators, nurses, and key decision-makers.
Educate clinics on infusion therapy solutions, workflows, and value propositions tailored to their patient populations.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals customized to each practice’s needs.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Stay current on infusion therapy trends, competitive offerings, and changes within specialty practices.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
3+ years of healthcare sales experience, preferably selling into specialty physician practices.
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the Greater DFW territory.
Preferred:
Experience selling infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, biologics, IVIG, or buy-and-bill services.
Established relationships within GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, or Rheumatology clinics.
Familiarity with referral-based healthcare sales models.
