The District Human Resources Director is primarily responsible for the oversight of all Human Resources functions within the District to ensure that the Human Resources goals and objectives are met. The District Human Resources Director reports to the National HR Director and directly supervises site Human Resources and/or Training staff. Responsibilities

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field and two years of Human Resources experience; or six years of equivalent experience as a Human Resources Manager may be substituted. Master’s degree, certification and/or PHR are preferred. Have a minimum of two years of human resources experience in employee relations, training and/or employment and knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices and governmental licensing requirements. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Preferred
Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource Administration or related field. Perks & Benefits
