PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary relationship leader for payer and client partnerships within the PHSO network.

Coordinate and Facilitate workgroups to drive contract performance and develop strategies in collaboration with workstream owners and clients.

Act as the escalation point and liaison between PHSO operations, legal, IT, and payer/client organizations for all strategic workstreams and contract execution.

Direct the Account Management team to proactively identify and help resolve issues, escalations, and opportunities affecting contract performance and success, and client services.

Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to align Account Management’s role with business growth, client satisfaction, and service delivery excellence.

Develop scalable frameworks for contract implementation and workflow standardization.

Direct the design and rollout of process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Coordinate and lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive briefings.

Maintain visibility across project pipelines and facilitate resource prioritization and capacity planning.

Proactively provide structured reporting and performance updates to senior leadership.

Manage the recruitment, development, and coaching of Account Management and Business Relations staff.

Work Experience

2+ health insurance payer and managed care contracting experience [Required]

Additional Information

Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience OR

Associates degree and 4+ years of experience OR

High School Grad or Equivalent and 6+ years of experience.

Pay Range $83,699.48 - $155,693.55
