Under the guidance of the Provost, Program Manager & Faculty Operations Specialist, you will ensure the seamless delivery of courses in alignment with University, accreditation, and state standards, contributing to CSU Global's mission and programs. Your responsibilities include conducting 8‑week online courses through our learning management system, engaging actively with students, providing feedback, and supporting retention efforts. Doctorate in Business Administration/Business Management
or a
Doctorate in Marketing , a
Master's degree in Marketing
or an
MBA , at least three years of industry experience, and a minimum of one year of online higher education teaching experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Complete a quality check of each assigned course prior to the start date.
Engage fully with students, ensuring active participation and support.Conduct course(s) via Canvas and host live sessions as required.
Post weekly updates and announcements.
Submit accurate grades and student reports on time.
Provide substantive, personalized feedback on all submissions.
Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
Submit course tickets for any issues.
Provide feedback on course topics and relevancy to the Program Director.
Assist in retention efforts and report concerns to the Academic Success Office.
Support assessment efforts for the course and program.
Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Stay current in profession and industry trends.
Provide suggestions for improvement and be open to additional duties as required.
Qualifications Education
Doctorate in Marketing or Doctorate in Business Administration/Business Management.
Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of recent industry experience in marketing or a closely related field within the past 10 years.
At least 1 year of online marketing/business teaching experience in higher education.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Travel & Physical Demands
None.
Typically requires standing, walking, and limited lifting up to 15 pounds.
Occasional long periods in front of a computer monitor.
Additional Information CSU Global courses are 8 weeks in length. Course appointments are awarded on a term‑to‑term basis and are based on University enrollment. Employment is part‑time/temporary. Compensation ranges from $32 to $37 per hour, based on teaching load and degree type, and includes a retirement contribution. Background checks are required for all appointed candidates. must submit official transcripts prior to the start date.
