Design and deploy marketing technology resources to optimize automated marketing campaigns, material distribution, agency/vendor management, platform use, and tracking, reporting and analytics. What You’ll Do
Build and deploy emails, automations, and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manage assets within Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder Leverage AMPscript, SQL, and data extensions for dynamic content and audience segmentation Support campaign setup, QA, scheduling, and monitoring Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance, personalization, and customer experience Help document platform processes, campaign guidelines, and performance best practices Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations Assist with team-wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing or relevant field, or equivalent experience Two years of experience with marketing technology platforms and software (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications
Financial services experience (e.g. Retirement, Life Insurance, Investments) Familiarity with tools like Litmus, Tableau, Seismic, or OFTs Knowledge of project management methodologies Strong technical skills in AMPscript, SQL, segmentation, and dynamic content Experience working with relational data, data extensions, and subscriber management Understanding of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM compliance, and best practices Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills Exposure to additional platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) Working Conditions
Hybrid Environment Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $65,500-$74,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Bonus Eligibility
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
