These are supported by Transamerica Corporate, which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience* Five years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management* Experience developing and executing digital campaigns, marketing programs and complex projects* Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms* Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms* Creative thinker* Excellent communication and relationship building skills* Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment* Experience with change management* Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront* Financial services industry experience* Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx and Kurtosys, with hands-on experience managing data workflows, producing error-free deliverables, and implementing creative and process enhancements that accelerate project timelines, while maintaining accuracy.The Salary for this position generally ranges between $79,000 - $86,000 annually. *Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including*qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
