Overview Digital Marketing Manager - Legal Technology

Salary:

$110,000 – $150,000 (USD)

seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital demand generation strategy. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline through paid and organic digital channels, optimizing website performance, and scaling marketing campaigns that support revenue growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Campaigns, Content, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Operations to translate strategy into execution while improving attribution, reporting, and marketing impact on revenue.

Responsibilities Own and execute digital demand generation strategies across paid and organic channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn), display, retargeting, and SEO Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aligned to go-to-market initiatives Partner with content, product marketing, partner/affiliate marketing, and marketing operations teams to amplify campaigns and content Manage audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting to reach defined ICPs Serve as the primary owner of marketing automation (HubSpot) including campaign setup, attribution, tracking, and optimization Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and strong CRM integration (Salesforce) Own website performance, including landing pages, conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics, and SEO best practices

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, or demand generation marketing Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, ABM, and digital attribution models Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through digital channels Experience managing websites as a core acquisition and conversion channel Advanced experience with HubSpot and working knowledge of Salesforce Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
