
Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking an Event and Brand Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of customer-facing brand experiences that strengthen connection with the aviation community. This role focuses on delivering high-impact events, experiential activations and efforts in close partnership with go-to-market teams across the markets we serve, ensuring brand experiences support business and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the planning and execution of Jeppesen ForeFlight hosted events, community meetups, and experiential brand activations.
Support go-to-market teams by developing and executing events and activations aligned to market-specific goals, launches, and campaigns.
Manage end-to-end event logistics including timelines, budgets, vendors, contracts, and production.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand experiences are cohesive, strategic, and on-message.
Capture insights and feedback from events and activations to inform optimization and future planning.
Curate and oversee the online merchandise store and internal apparel and merchandise needs, including product sourcing, vendor coordination, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment.
Develop the online catalog of apparel and devices including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Partner with the broader marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital and in-person (event) channels.
Identify and implement strategies to meet sales goals such as promotions, cross-selling, and upselling.
Ensure the eCommerce platform (BigCommerce) is optimized for the best user experience and SEO performance.
Manage inventory, forecasting, and reseller relationships for hardware solutions.
Analyze key eCommerce metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, and bounce rates) to understand trends and make data-driven decisions.
Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and complaints to improve satisfaction and retention.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in events, merchandise management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment required.
Proven ability to independently plan and execute customer-facing events and brand activations.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience partnering with go-to-market, sales, or regional marketing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
Understanding of traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
Experience with attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for aviation is a must.
Pay Information Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000.
