
The
Order Fulfillment Lead
supports the Supply Chain Manager in guiding daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This role is hands‑on and leads by example—overseeing order fulfillment, coordinating resources, and supporting associates to meet safety, quality, cost, and service goals. Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a focus on continuous improvement are key to ensuring customer confidence and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Support and perform daily warehouse fulfillment and shipping activities
Plan and prioritize daily work assignments to meet customer demand
Lead start‑of‑shift meetings and coordinate across teams
Promote safety, compliance, and 5S standards
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and issue resolution
Troubleshoot product, order, process, and equipment issues
Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance feedback

3+ years of warehouse experience (5 preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
SAP and Microsoft Office experience preferred
