The Norcal On Premise Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, establishing and managing relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and driving brand engagement in the Northern California on-premise market. The role includes planning and executing promotional events, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring brand visibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Qualifications

8+ Years of On Premise experience in the Spirits Business. Not more than 15 year of On Premise. Experience building client relationships, managing accounts, and fostering partnerships. Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach. Ability to plan and execute promotional events and strategize for increased market presence. Knowledge of the premium and luxury spirits industry and familiarity with Northern California on-premise markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment. Previous experience in alcohol or beverage sales highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
