
Commercial HVAC Account Manager
The Commercial HVAC Account Manager will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the service sales aspect of the company.
We will expect a driven individual who is a self-starter that can also be a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you develop your career.

Prospecting/Cold Calling
Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers
Quote HVAC Planned Maintenance, Service Work & New/Replacement Projects
Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.
Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team.
Creating Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings.
Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by Sales Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum High School Education
College Education Preferred
2+ Years of Account Manager Business to Business Sales
Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
