Job Description
Drive new service revenue by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with commercial customers throughout the local Nashville market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and scheduled client meetings.
Prepare and present proposals for planned maintenance agreements, service repairs, and system replacement or upgrade projects.
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate maintenance, service, and installation activities with internal dispatch and technician teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress through reports used for internal sales meetings.
Consistently meet or exceed performance goals established by sales leadership.
Collaborate with management and internal teams to support overall service sales growth and customer retention initiatives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales or account management experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
Self-motivated, goal-driven professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
Additional Information
Position includes company-provided tools such as a cell phone and laptop.
Company vehicle or vehicle stipend with gas card provided.
Role is locally based with no long-distance travel required.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background, motor vehicle, and substance screening in accordance with company policy.
