Wonderful direct hire opportunity with a stable manufacturing organization in the Upstate of South Carolina. This position is 100% onsite. Responsibilities

Manage recruitment efforts and onboarding for new hires across various employee categories. Process payroll and administer leave. Advise supervisors on employee performance, providing guidance on corrective actions and conflict resolution. Facilitate employee benefits administration (e.g., insurance, disability, life insurance, EAP, and tuition reimbursement). Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills. Oversee employee documentation, such as new hires, benefits, training, performance evaluations, and other records in compliance with company policies. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and collaborate with payroll and accounting departments. Qualifications

5+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment. 2+ years payroll experience. Ability to work 100% onsite Monday-Friday. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust within the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels of the company.
