Overview PH Wellness is one of the fastest growing and most reputable behavioral health centers in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to lead and oversee the admissions function for a behavioral health organization, based out of our Nashville and Delray Beach offices. This role requires expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, Call Tracking Metrics (CTM), and insurance verification, along with proven leadership experience in behavioral health admissions.
The Director of Admissions is responsible for driving admissions performance, maintaining data accuracy, optimizing call conversion, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality admissions experience from first contact through admission.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily admissions operations Handle and oversee inbound admissions calls as needed Ensure accurate phone-based pre-assessments and insurance benefit verification Monitor admissions workflows, call performance, and conversion metrics Maintain data integrity, reporting, and dashboards in Salesforce Leverage Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) to analyze call volume, routing, and conversion Establish, enforce, and continuously improve admissions processes and standards Lead, mentor, and hold admissions staff accountable to performance expectations Required Qualifications Director-level or senior admissions leadership experience in behavioral health required Expertise in Salesforce CRM (reporting, workflows, documentation standards) Expertise in Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) or similar call tracking platforms Strong insurance knowledge, including benefits verification and coverage explanation Proven leadership, accountability, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Healthcare benefits available after 90 days 40 hours PTO annually
