Document Scanning And Data Entry Specialist

Join a dynamic team as a Document Scanning and Data Entry Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing important documents. You will work with MRP/ERP software (AS400) to accurately enter subcontract data, invoices, purchase orders, and slips. Responsibilities Scan and file documents including slips, invoices, and purchase orders. Enter subcontract data into MRP/ERP software (AS400). Perform extensive data entry tasks. Complete all other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support and data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. High School Diploma required. Ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Additional Skills & Qualifications Any experience in accounting and/or purchasing is an advantage. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or utility industry is desirable. Work Environment The position is based in a corporate office environment with excellent onsite amenities for employees. The role follows a business casual dress code and operates Monday through Friday, with shifts from either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
