Lease Account Manager
Ascendance Idealease, LLC is searching for a skilled, self-motivated individual to continue to grow the markets we serve with Rental, Full-Service Lease, and Contract Maintenance products across the Allentown area. A successful Lease Account Manager is outgoing, personable, driven, motivated, growth oriented, reliable, eager to learn, and organized. In this role, you will be challenged to improve customer relations, establish new relationships with qualified customers, implement and improve lease & rental procedures. Job Functions / Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing new lease sales and marketing programs. Maintain policies and procedures for Leasing and Rental operations, to include check-in/ check-out of equipment, vehicle files, customer files and daily yard check. Develop and maintain relationships with large volume lease and rental customers. Create target lists within assigned territories and recruit creditworthy prospects. Responsible for contacting new prospects via email, networking, cold calling, and participating in sales blitzes. Responsible for the growth of truck leasing operations in assigned territories. Develop and present sales proposals to new prospects for full-service lease, contract maintenance, etc. Maintain good business relations with existing contract customers, as well as develop new relationships. Provide monthly sales reports to management as required. Maintain a customer/prospect sales database. Other duties as assigned. Local travel required. Participation in customer appreciation events required. Required Qualifications 2-3 years related experience in sales, truck rental, or leasing sales preferred not required. Exceptional verbal and written communication, effective time management, and strong analytical skills. Possess strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software, i.e. Salesforce. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
