OBJECTIVE
In a positive, cheerful and professional manner, answer incoming calls for all PCLI locations assisting patients as needed.

STATUS
Full-time (40 hours per week)
SCHEDULE Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Work hours for this position vary based on location, patient schedules and clinic needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS Working computer knowledge-experience in Microsoft Word Good communication skills, written and verbal Pleasant, cooperative, caring attitude Good listening skills The ability to work with a team to set and to achieve common goals Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and prioritizing Ability to maintain confidentiality PHYSICAL ABILITIES
