Training Schedule
Week 1:
Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Week 2:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Regular Schedule 36 hours per week, consisting of 10–12‑hour shifts.
Monday–Friday:
7:45 a.m.–8:15 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday:
7:45 a.m.–6:15 p.m. Holiday availability required.
Key Responsibilities
Register patients and verify demographic information.
Provide support and assistance to patients in the waiting area.
Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
Determine appropriate resolution methods in alignment with patient needs and organizational guidelines.
Coordinate escalated issues with other departments as needed.
Collect patient personal and billing information for database entry and scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and initiative.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently within three months.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
No prior experience required.
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding preferred.
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
Working knowledge of computers.
